Official Transcript Request

Request an official transcript of your Faith Bible Institute coursework. Official transcripts are sent to schools, mission boards, or employers only — they are not sent to individual students. Transcripts are mailed within 4–6 weeks, so please request yours at least 4 weeks before you need it.

For an unofficial Student Summary of your grades, you don't need this form. If you've taken FBI classes since 2020, log in to your portal account and open “Unofficial Transcript” in the sidebar.
